Login Consultant's ADMX formatted GPO template allows to control all relevant App-V Client settings - it does not suplement Microsoft's ADM. Instead, it can replace it. It can be used for App-V 4.5 and 4.6 Clients, x86 and x64. It uses the "new" ADMX file format. | Description |
Immidio's App-V Server Ping tool allows to monitor the availability of App-V Management Servers and App-V Streaming Servers. It queries the Streaming port (554) and validates the communication handshake. It can scan a lists of App-V Servers and produces a Return Code that can be passed to scripts or other Monitoring Tools. |

Microsoft's ADM Template allows to centrally control a lot of App-V Client settings by using Group Policy Objects. It can be used for App-V 4.5 and 4.6 Clients, x86 and x64. As a downside, it does not allow to adjust all relevant settings. Also, it is provided in the "old fashioned" ADM format (instead of ADMX).
