App-V Error 04-00000A09
Event:
Starting or loading an application
Error Message / Sympthoms:
The SoftGrid Client could not load the application you
requested.
The specified application does not exist. Please check the name you
specified and try again.
Potential Causes:
- Users created a shortcut to an application that is not available any longer
- In manually created Shortcuts or command line parameters, Application Name and/or Version are not provided correctly (Case sensitive)
Potential Solutions:
- Remove the orphaned Shortcut for the user
- Correct the spelling
